Job Overview

Pet Partner Philippines Inc. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Associate to support the operations of our Mass Neuter Program. The role involves assisting in event coordination, documentation, logistics, and communication with partners and clients to ensure the smooth implementation of animal welfare programs.


The position may involve office-based administrative work and field support during mass neuter events and community programs.


Key Responsibilities

Event & Administrative Support

Assist in planning and coordinating mass neuter events and related activities.

Prepare event kits, materials, and logistical requirements.

Manage registration, attendance tracking, and event documentation.

Maintain accurate reports and submit event summaries.


Records & Data Management

Maintain and update records such as payments, reservation fees, and program documentation.

Monitor microchip inventory, vet incentives, and other operational records.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all event-related data.


Communications & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams, veterinarians, LGUs, and partner organizations.

Respond to event-related inquiries through email, text, and other channels.

Assist in venue coordination, permits, and logistical arrangements.


Marketing & Social Media Support

Assist in posting promotions and event announcements.

Capture on-site photos, videos, and updates for social media coverage.

Coordinate with the communications team for event documentation.


Field Support

Assist during mass neuter events, including registration and venue coordination.

Conduct basic venue checks and support event setup and dismantling when necessary.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, event coordination, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Willing to work flexible hours and assist during events, including travel if needed.

Passion for animal welfare is an advantage.
