Job Description:

• Responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on various online platforms (e.g., Facebook, job portals, and other social media platforms).
• Promote company job openings to attract qualified applicants.
• Manage and monitor job postings to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Respond to inquiries from potential applicants through social media and other communication channels.
• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment marketing materials.
• Perform other marketing and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
