Job Summary

• Lead engineering projects and operations
• Manage team of engineers
• Oversee surveys, planning, design, and construction
• Report to Technical Director and President

Principal Duties

• Plan and manage projects (scope, budget, timeline)
• Lead and mentor engineers
• Review designs, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure quality standards and compliance
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and consultants
• Innovate and recommend new technologies
• Handle permits and government requirements
• Manage staff performance and discipline
• Prepare monthly reports and attend meetings

Job Specifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
• At least 10 years of experience (5 years in land development and vertical projects)
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software
