We are looking for a CPA Accounting professional to support and lead financial operations for our growing construction business.

Qualifications

• CPA license
• 3-5 years accounting experience
• 12 years supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting and tax compliance
• Construction, real estate or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and the companys book of accounts
• Lead preparation of financial reports, billing documents, and collection monitoring
• Manage payment processing for suppliers and contractors
• Review employee reimbursements and approve payment vouchers
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure proper documentation filing
• Oversee preparation of Statements of Account and collection letters
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
