Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and work well with the kitchen team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
  • Assist with food preparation such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Culinary training is an advantage but not required
