Occupational Therapist, Quezon City

Brighter Abilities is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a part-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop customised treatment plans.
2. Implement evidence based occupational therapy interventions to improve clients functional abilities, independence, and participation in daily activities.
3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.
4. Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote active involvement in the rehabilitation process.
5. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

What we're looking for

1. Licensed Occupational Therapist with a bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with the pediatric population
3. Strong clinical reasoning and problem solving skills to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
5. Commitment to providing high-quality, client centered care and continuous professional development
