Position Title: IT Business Relationship Lead
Job Summary:
Acts as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. Oversees the IT project portfolio, drives end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, manages incidents and operational issues, and leads collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the escalation point for all IT-related concerns of the business unit
Manage the IT project portfolio and oversee IT budget for the sector
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from ideation to implementation
Monitor IT operations, incidents, and problem resolution
Build strong partnerships between IT, business leaders, and key stakeholders
Lead and supervise the Business Unit Engagement Team
Qualifications:
Strong experience in IT project delivery and stakeholder management
Background in IT strategy, operations, and portfolio management
Proven leadership and people management experience
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
