Below are the responsibilities of a BRAND MARKETING SUPERVISOR:

• Supporting the immediate superior in planning, coordinating, and executing public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Assisting in the supervision and execution of brand events, such as product and model launches, motor shows, media test drives, roadshows, and brand activations.
• Supports media relations by coordinating with joumalists and media partners under the guidance of the immediate superior.
• Ensuring proper implementation of brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all PR and event activities is essential, as is coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, dealers, suppliers, and vendors, to facilitate the smooth execution of PR and event initiatives.
• Acting as a brand representative during events and media activities, as delegated by the immediate superior.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing press releases, media kits, and PR materials in coordination with the immediate superior.
• Coordinate media outreach activities, including scheduling interviews, media test drives, and managing model lent-outs.
• Support event planning and execution by handling logistics, timelines, supplier coordination, and on-ground supervision.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting media coverage, PR performance, and event results.
• Support budget monitoring by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and processing invoices related to PR and events.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including preparation of presentations, documentation, scheduling, and file management.
• Maintain and update content calendars to support timely execution of PR and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, dealer marketing, and other departments to support integrated marketing initiatives.
• Participate in marketing-led events, both physical and online, and provide necessary support as required.
• Perform other PR, events, and marketing-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

To be successful in this role you must be

• A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related courses.
• Has at least 3-5 years professional experience in marketing, PR, or event management in a corporate setting or marketing agency
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, reporting, presentations, and budget.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and basic photo and video editing tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to execute PR campaigns and events effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for media relations and copywriting.
• Project and event management skills, including timeline control, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
• Analytical and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with leadership capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (8:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
