Position: BARTENDER

Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mixing cocktails, pouring beer/wine, and preparing garnishes efficiently.
• Customer Service: Greeting patrons, making recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bar Maintenance: Stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing the bar area, glassware, and tools.
• Operations & Safety: Managing inventory, handling POS transactions, and strictly adhering to alcohol service laws.
• Teamwork: Supporting servers, assisting with bar-backs, and covering shifts.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience: Usually 1+ years of experience in a similar, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of drink recipes, spirits, and wine.
• Capabilities: Strong communication, math skills for cash handling, and the ability to stand for long periods, often lifting up to 20-50 lbs.
• Certifications: Responsible alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
• Temperament: Calm under pressure, attentive, and personable.
