Our Engineering team is currently looking for (1) HVAC Engineer/Technician

Location: Quezon City, & Taguig City

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning units across company facilities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience handling different AC systems and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of different types of Air Conditioning Units (ACU).
• Monitor ACU status including refrigerant levels, leak detection, and drainage system declogging.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities for all ACU units under Future Fresh and top management facilities.
• Inspect and maintain approximately 6070 ACU units.
• Perform electrical inspections and check capacitor health.
• Carry out mechanical repairs, including replacement of defective compressors, fan motors, or expansion valves.
• Diagnose issues related to thermostats, magnetic contactors, and circuit board failures.
• Perform ducting works and insulation works when required.
• Manage and maintain AHU (Air Handling Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units).
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned; responsibilities may extend beyond HVAC-related activities.
• Must be available to render overtime work, especially during emergency situations.

Qualifications

• With at least 810 years of experience as an AC / HVAC Technician.
• Experienced in handling Split Type, Chiller, Concealed Type, and VRF systems.
• Experience working in residential buildings, commercial buildings, or malls is highly preferred.
• Must have DOMRAC NC II Certification (AC Technician).
• With strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Service vehicle ownership is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work extended hours when needed.
