Job Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Computer literate (MS Office applications)
  • With basic knowledge on Inventory and Treasury functions
  • Keen to details and documentations
  • Has strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Principled and trust-worthy
  • Willing to be assigned in Commonwealth, Quezon City


Responsibilities
  • Ensures the timely audit of all items delivered in the store (documentation)
  • Ensures that all outgoing items (trade and non-trade) are processed on the system
  • Inspects all items for delivery are complete, without damage before delivery
  • Ensures that all items for transfers are properly documented and processed before pull out and transfer
  • Accounts the day-to-day cashiering transactions to document the overage and shortage for charging
  • Prepares audit findings with sanction recommendations for every infraction of personnel against the standard operation procedure of the company.
  • Assists store operations on all POS transaction concerns wrong tender/POS errors, as a reliever
