Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors and manages the planning and organization of trade exhibits, product launches, and promotional events.
Source, coordinate, and manage suppliers and 3rd party agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project and communication objectives are properly executed
Provide regular updates to management on campaign progress and team performance
Assists and supervises the creation of content briefs, print advertisements, and various design materials
Ensures that all marketing collaterals follow the brand guidelines and are aesthetically presentable for clients
Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient execution of marketing plans
Monitor day-to-day activities and provide guidance to align with business objectives

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Events, Marketing, or Advertising, or Events/PR
At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team
Strong event project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Has eye for design and aesthetic
Proficient in Canva/photo editing software. Knowledgeable in video editing software. Basic Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (optional)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PPT and Google Workspace
