Requirements

• 40 hours training on COSH / BOSH
• Minimum of 1 year construction safety experience
• Strong interest in and willingness to learn and develop skills in safety management

Responsibilities

• Submit and fill out daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and permits
• Attend site operations and safety meetings
• Conduct team safety talks and safety inductions for new operators at site
• Lead safety engagement initiatives such as safety alerts, life-saving rules briefings, and toolbox talks
• Collect, analyze, and manage monthly/yearly safety data and reporting, including training matrix, training hours, and file management
• Act as a point person on-site, attend daily site operations meetings, and prepare internal documents (productivity and DTR)
• Serve as the appointed competent person on site
• Perform all safety, health, and environment-related responsibilities
