As a Maintenance Coordinator, you are responsible for contacting clients to offer preventive maintenance services, maintaining a client database, and coordinating product maintenance projects with project coordinators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients and offering preventive maintenance service
- Maintain a database of clients
- Maintain a calendar of clients subject to preventive maintenance
- Coordinate product maintenance projects with project coordinators
Qualifications (KSAO):
- An educational background in business management or equivalent
- Work experience in administrative and clerical work is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
