Estimator, Quezon City

An Estimators responsibilities/duties include, but not limited to, draws up, estimates, and determines the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. They create a list of all the needed materials and write down an estimated amount necessary to complete the clients project. Specifically, they handle repairs and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications, evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes, Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required, Develops bids for construction projects, and Works closely with architects and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of BS Civil Engineering and preferably with License;
• Must have adequate knowledge in AUTOCAD and MS project;
• With at least 6 months related experience in quantity surveying skills, estimation, commercial acumen and capable of financial analysis;
• Must have good communication skills-both oral and written;
• Must have good organizational and presentation skills;
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines;
• Amenable to travel to work from Monday to Friday (No staff house provided); and
• Can start immediately.
