Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Account to assist customers with banking, loan, or financial service inquiries. You will provide accurate and professional support while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking, loans, credit cards, or financial services via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information on account details, transactions, interest rates, and financial products
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Work Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Full paid financial account and compliance training provided

What to expect:

• Detail-oriented, compliance-driven environment
• Exposure to banking and financial processes

Requirements

• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and numerical skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Amenable to shifting schedules
