Description

Create comprehensive design concepts, and layouts that accurately capture the clients vision and align with project goals.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be willing to work on job sites, actively overseeing and managing site operations.
Develop and optimize interior layouts to ensure functionality, smooth flow, and adherence to safety and building codes.
Curate materials, furnishings, color palettes, lighting, and accessories that complement the project theme while respecting the budget.
Generate detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D renderings to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative practices to deliver modern and creative design solutions.
Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, accessibility standards, and applicable legal requirements.
Visit job sites to evaluate space availability, understand design requirements, and assess the intended purpose of the space.
Attend client meetings to gather insights into their design preferences, style inspirations, and color choices.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Interior Design.
At least 2 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong artistic and design sensibility with an ability to think out of the box.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and teams.
Good English communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
