UK Banking Specialist (with SOB), Quezon City

• Handle outbound and inbound collection calls for UK-based financial accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers
• Ensure compliance with company and UK financial regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment agreements
• Provide professional customer service while achieving collection targets

• At least 2nd year college completed
• Minimum of 1 year banking, finance, or credit card collections experience for UK clients is required
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good assertive communication and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of the collections process and customer handling
• Comfortable dealing with international customers in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work on-site and shifting schedule
