Marketing Officer, Quezon City

Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the companys cosmetic and perfume products. This role supports brand awareness, product promotions, and market growth through both online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and update social media platforms and online marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team for product promotions and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the cosmetics industry.
• Assist in organizing product launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, product descriptions, and promotional content.
• Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, suppliers, and partners for marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Atleast 12 years experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or perfume industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or other marketing tools is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of branding and product marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
