Retail Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring retail marketing activities to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions while coordinating with store teams to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and retail promotions.

Coordinate with store teams to execute marketing activities and visual merchandising.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Support social media and digital marketing efforts.

Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in retail.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-paced environments.
