Advertising Staff, Quezon City

The Advertising Staff is responsible for planning, creating, and implementing advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support company sales objectives. The role involves both creative and coordination functions to ensure effective marketing execution across various platforms.

1. Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns.
2. Coordinate with the marketing team, designers, and media partners.
3. Create or help develop advertising materials (posters, social media posts, flyers, banners).
4. Manage and update advertisements on digital platforms such as websites and social media.
5. Monitor advertising performance and prepare campaign reports.
6. Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends.
7. Help organize promotional events, product launches, and brand campaigns.
8. Communicate with suppliers, printers, or advertising agencies.
9. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 23 years of experience in the advertising industry.
• Strong sales skills with ability to meet targets.
• With existing connections or networks within advertising agencies and media partners.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and traditional advertising platforms.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
