Chief Finance Officer, Quezon City

Responsible for overseeing the companys financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk control. The role ensures compliance with financial

regulations and supports strategic business goals while leading the finance, accounting, purchasing, and credit and collection teams.

• Strategic Planning: Develop financial strategies to support long-term company goals
• Financial Reporting & Controls: Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements and maintain internal control systems.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance, accounting, purchasing, credit and collection departments

• Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required; an MBA or master's degree is an advantage.
• Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA, or similar designation is highly desired.
• Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles at least 5 years
• Skills: Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
