  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the companys business objectives and target market
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using these insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing spend
  • Oversee content creation for various marketing channels, ensuring that it aligns with brand voice and effectively communicates value propositions
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and content creators, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • With knowledge of product launch, social media planning and brand awareness
  • Experience in Card Personalization Industry is highly desirable
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
