Description
Responsibilities:


  1. Prepares Accounts Payable Voucher.
  2. Checks and prepare voucher of replenishment of Revolving Fund.
  3. Monitor and prepare payment of all utilities and other extraordinary expenses.
  4. Monitor and record special project expenses and imported purchases.
  5. Monitor and coordinate cash advances of HR/ Salesman/ Delivery/ Plant, payment of SSS Sickness Claim, Bereavement Assistant, Paternity Claim and Maternity.
  6. Process Weekly Direct and Agency Payroll, bank transfer and check preparation.
  7. Process Salesman Commission and its payment monthly.
  8. Checking and preparation of Sales Report monthly.
  9. Generate of Sales Report as per request Sales Department bosses and personnel.
  10. Monitor and process Agency government remittances, customs allowances, project labor expenses.
  11. Process Final pay of Weekly Direct employees.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree preferably Accounting or Business Administration Graduate
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in manufacturing setup
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
  • Leadership skills, organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly analytical and keen to details.
