We are looking for a high-performing hybrid professional to own the end-to-end sales journey. You won't just be "making calls"you will be generating leads, crafting quotes, closing deals across multiple channels, and managing our digital storefronts.

• Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through outbound calls and personalized email sequences to provided and self-generated lead lists.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery to qualify prospects, identify pain points, and present Versas high-tech solutions with confidence.
• Closing & Conversion: Manage the entire funnelfrom handling tough objections to preparing accurate quotes/proposals and finalizing the transaction.
• Target Driven: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and conversion metrics.

• Platform Ownership: Oversee end-to-end operations for Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, and TikTok Shop, from setup to troubleshooting.
• Digital Growth: Implement data-driven marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase online sales performance.
• Operational Excellence: Define and refine policies for fulfillment, refunds, and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in our ERP/CRM (Decision-makers, accounting, and delivery details) to ensure a healthy, active pipeline.
• Retention: Re-engage inactive leads and build deep rapport with existing clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends to adapt our messaging and stay #1 in the market.

• Experience: * 1+ year as an E-commerce Associate (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.) OR * 23 years in Tele sales or Outbound Customer Care.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Management, Business, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional communication (phone/email/chat), proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, and a "closer" mindset.
