Marketing Coordinator, Quezon City

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the BDE/M and assists in the day-to-day activities involving sales activities.  

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provide overall support between Business Development Executive and Operations Team
• Assist in live, incoming, and developing projects, account opening, and account management
• Assist in client interfacing such as attending briefings and aligning project-related activities
• Schedule, attend, and document meetings with support departments to cascade and align
• Assist in monitoring product and related details on the production floor
• Coordinate and ensure on-time and complete delivery of every assigned account
• Prepare and process timely billing of delivered projects
• May be assigned other tasks related to the position

Qualifications

• Must have an understanding of the manufacturing business
• Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must have negotiation skills to secure the best possible deal for the project
• Must have knowledge and ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good planning, scheduling, and coordinating skills
• Highly organized
• Must have Excel knowledge
• Knowledgeable in VLOOKUP and Pivot in Excel
• More than 2 years experience in sales or its equivalent
• Good interpersonal relation
• Must be assertive and have strong leadership capability
• Can handle pressure and willing to work outside office hours
• Must be patient
