The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Foton trucks, Chery, Lynk & Co, Baic Auto and Radar EV Pick-up here in the Philippines needs an Internal Auditor!

Below are the responsibilities of an INTERNAL AUDITOR:

1. Conducts disciplined audit approach to identified scope of audit. 

2. Timely accomplishes a formal audit report with recommendations aligned to company objectives.

3. During post-audit, should be able to follow through and re-assess compliance and effectivity of action plans and corrective actions. 

4. Comprehensively communicates to his superior and to auditee, the audit results.

5. Conducts risk assessment of assigned department to identifies the root cause of the problem and recommend an action plan. 

6. Conducts audit testing of specified are and identity reportable issues and dimension of risk.

7. Determines compliance with policies and procedures.

8. Thoroughly examines financial records, information storage systems and internal controls to ensure there are no indications of mismanagement, unnecessary waste of resources or fraud. 

9. Thoroughly reviews all records, and information related to expenditures, cost, taxes and internal controls to determine if a company is secure and has a strong financial foundation 

10. Timely prepares Annual Audit Plan. 

11. Recommends changes to policies and/or procedures to increase efficiency of operations and control over company assets. 

12. Ensures timely implementation of all agreed recommendation. 

13. Designs and implements cost-effective procedures to ensure that internal controls are effective for reliable financial reporting, safeguard the companys assets provide for efficient processes and procedures in the Head Office and Branches and achieve regulating compliance. 

14. Guides co-auditors in the assigned tasks and provide the immediate superior of progress reports.

15. Spearheads special projects as directed by Management. 

16. Complies to ISO policies and procedures. 

17. Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or VP for Legal and Compliance.

To be successful in this role you must be

• A college graduate of 4 years business related course, preferrably Finance/Accounting related
• In a Audit management or related role for 2-3 years.
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
• Good in analytical and organizational skills
• An individual with ability to work in different departmental set-up
• Able to perform multi-tasking
• Able to to work independently with minimal supervision

Working pattern and location:

• Join Date: March 2026
• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
• Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
