Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare and process employment documents (contracts, job offers, onboarding files)
  • Maintain and update employee records (201 files, attendance, leave records)
  • Assist in timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Support employee relations and respond to basic HR inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and HR events
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications
  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
