Job description:

o Greeting and welcoming customers

o Answering calls, emails and assisting walk-in clients

o Assist in managing and scheduling client bookings

o Receive deliveries and distribute them

o Explain products and service package to clients

o Record keeping and document control of clients

 

Qualifications:

 Experience in beauty industry in an advantage

 At least two (2) years experience in the service industry

 Highly organized and have excellent communication skills

 Proficient in MS Office applications and Google software (GDrive)

 Excellent communications skills in English both written and verbal

 On-site reporting in Quezon City
