Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • With experience in recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and online job platforms

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or face-to-face)
  • Schedule applicants for final interviews with department heads
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding process
  • Maintain and update applicant database and recruitment trackers
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts
  • Assist in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment documents (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
