Location Coverage: Luzon

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Luzonincluding digital, in-store activations, and regional promotionsto drive brand awareness and foot traffic.
• Ensures cohesive branding and campaign delivery.
• Coordinate with external partners (media agencies, designers, vendors) to produce marketing materials and event collateral.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs; provide reports on ROI, consumer behavior trends, and competitor insights.
• Oversee in-store merchandising and promotional displays to enhance customer experience and brand consistency.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in retail or furniture sectors.
• Ready to start immediately.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for evaluating campaign data and managing multiple deliverables.
• Self-driven, and with high sense of initiative individual
• Flexibility to adapt marketing strategies to evolving market conditions.
