URGENT HIRING: Jr. Accounting Manager

Location: Quezon City

60,000 80,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-driven Accounting Manager who will play a key leadership role in managing the companys financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

If you have solid managerial experience and a strong background in accounting within construction, hardware, or real estate industries - this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and the companys book of accounts
• Lead preparation of financial reports, billing documents, and collection monitoring
• Manage payment processing for suppliers and contractors
• Review employee reimbursements and approve payment vouchers
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure proper documentation filing
• Oversee preparation of Statements of Account and collection letters
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team

What Were Looking For:

• CPA (Required)
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• At least 10 years of total accounting experience
• 35 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting
• Experience in construction, hardware, or real estate industry (highly preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
