Human Resource Manager, Quezon City

Experienced HR Manager responsible for leading HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policy development, and compliance. Reports to Board of Directors and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee performance management, talent development, succession planning, and training programs.
• Design and administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs; conduct market benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; maintain HR records.
• Drive HR metrics and reporting (turnover, engagement, time-to-fill, etc.) and use data to inform decisions.
• Lead HR projects (organizational change, culture initiatives, HRIS implementation).
• Coach and support managers on people-management best practices.
• Manage HR team members and external vendors (recruitment agencies, benefits providers).

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with HR metrics and reporting.
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Travel Company Business Operations
• Preferred: Familiar with Hajj and Umrah
