Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced executive environment? We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, manage priorities effectively, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documents
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitor delegated tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Office of the President & CEO

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course (Business-related field preferred)
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
