Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• FRESH GRADUATES in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY course are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
• A basic understanding of CCTV operation or GPS tracking is advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends, is required.
• Must be open to taking additional shifts, even on scheduled days off, when necessary.
• Good communication and coordination skills are important.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during monitoring duties is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and review CCTV footage in real-time to ensure safety, compliance, and proper handling of fuel deliveries.
• Track GPS locations of tanker trucks to verify delivery routes and timelines.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and station personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Document and report any suspicious activities, deviations, or operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and daily monitoring reports for auditing and review purposes.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, delivery issues, or technical alerts from the CCTV and GPS systems.
• Provide support to the logistics team during high-volume delivery hours or when faced with operational challenges.
• Be available for additional shifts when the team is short-staffed or when an employee is unable to report to work.
