Administrative Assistant
  • for direct hiring

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Mgt, or any management-related course
  • With experience in invoices, delivery receipts, sales orders, and tracking of payments
  • Has attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Preferably with experience with accounting software
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays (8 AM to 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of invoices to clients and customers
  • Verify accuracy of invoice data, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments received
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and assist in audits
  • Support the team in month-end closing processes and reporting
  • Respond to inquiries from clients regarding invoice status and payment terms
