Role Overview

The Customer Sales Representative (Wholesale) is responsible for driving wholesale sales through outbound lead generation, qualification, and deal closure. This role focuses on selling assigned products in bulk or wholesale quantities and managing the full sales cycle, from lead sourcing to closing deals, while meeting defined sales targets.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, confident in outbound selling, and comfortable working under clear performance expectations and quotas in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

• Actively generate, qualify, and manage wholesale sales leads through outbound sales efforts
• Conduct outreach via:
• Calls
• Messages
• Emails
• Other assigned sales channels
• Close deals and generate sales based on:
• Assigned wholesale products
• Agreed-upon sales targets
• Manage the full sales cycle, including:
• Lead collection and qualification
• Product presentation and negotiation
• Deal closure and endorsement for order processing

B. Sales Target & Performance Management

• Use best efforts to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets
• Adapt to changes in sales targets based on:
• Demand
• Lead volume
• Assigned products
• Maintain consistent performance aligned with company expectations and sales objectives

C. Product Knowledge & Sales Readiness

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all assigned products, including:
• Product features and specifications
• Ongoing promotions and offers
• Disclaimers, warranties, and key selling points
• Ensure all product information communicated to customers is:
• Accurate
• Clear
• Compliant with company guidelines
• Represent products professionally and confidently during sales engagements

D. Coordination & Reporting

• Proactively communicate with the Company regarding:
• Challenges in meeting sales targets
• Sales objections or market feedback
• Requests for additional support such as:
• Product details
• Samples
• Marketing or sales materials
• Promotional support
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to improve:
• Lead conversion
• Sales outcomes
• Sales processes

E. Sales Quota & Accountability

• Sales quotas and targets will be assigned and may be adjusted from time to time based on:
• Business needs
• Lead generation results
• Market demand
• Product assignments

• Failure to meet the agreed-upon sales quota or target may be considered grounds for immediate termination, subject to the terms of engagement and applicable agreements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, wholesale sales, or B2B selling
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Comfortable working with sales quotas and performance-based targets
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organized and disciplined in managing leads and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or bulk selling is an advantage
