• Handling inbound/outbound calls
• Managing arrears
• Conducting forbearance
• Ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards

• Bachelors Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears
• Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro

• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations
