Quantity Surveyor, Quezon City

Job description:

Quantity Surveyor's responsibilities and duties includes, but not limited to, manage all project costs, from the initial calculations to the final figures ensuring it is completed within budget and to the desired quality, and consult clients to understand their requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
• License or non-license are welcome to apply;
• With at least 1-year working related experience in a construction industry;
• Good in verbal and written communication skills;
• Must have a good presentation skills;
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines;
• Office-based and willing to do field work from time to time;
• Preferably living nearby or willing to travel/commute daily (no available staff house); and
• Can start immediately;

Head office based: 4F EC Center Building, Extension, Brgy., Mindanao Ave, Quezon City

Working hours: Monday to Friday (compressed work set-up)
