Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.


Key Skills: Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act, GDPR, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: Handling inbound/outbound calls, managing arrears, conducting forbearance, and ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards
