Job Title: QA Analyst HCM Technical Support

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite)

Shift: Graveyard Shift

Start Date: Immediate


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Technical Support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting HCM accounts such as Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, and Sage, ensuring top-quality service and accurate issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM systems.
  • Analyze and document system issues, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical concerns.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HCM technical support roles.
  • Experience with Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work onsite in Eastwood during the graveyard shift.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
