We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Staff to join our Human Resources team. This position is open to those who are eager to learn payroll processing and employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate is organized, confidential, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee compensation records
• Administer employee benefits, allowances, and incentives
• Assist with government-mandated contributions and reports
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain payroll and benefits databases and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Support HR-related reports and audits as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of payroll, compensation, or labor regulations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Willing to learn and work with deadlines
• Able to work Monday to Saturday
