• Position: Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
• Head Office Location: 105 Calamba St. Sta. Mesa Heights, Brgy. Lourdes., Quezon City 1114
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Work Setting: Office and Field Work

What Youll Do:

• Lead sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Oversee and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (with leadership experience preferred).
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Preferably a Cebuano/Bisaya.
