We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring transactions, and keeping internal processes efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order documents
- Monitor payment status and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Encode and track customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with production team regarding order details and timelines
- Organize and maintain files, receipts, and internal records
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reporting
- Support basic HR documentation and attendance monitoring
The ideal candidate is systematic, reliable, and proactive in following up on tasks. Strong attention to detail and experience in administrative or operations support roles are preferred.
