Internal Auditor, Quezon City

I. POSITION SUMMARY

• Internal Auditor provides independent and objective assurance services designed to ensure appropriate financial, operational and compliance controls exist and function effectively in the organization. Internal Audit helps the company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, governance and financial and operational controls in a manner consistent with the Institute of Internal Auditors professional practices framework including the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) Internal Audit
• Conduct financial, system, compliance, process and operations audit based on annual risk-based audit plan.
• Participate in other regular audit activities such surprise cash and inventory count, post-audit of check vouchers and year-end inventory count.
• Prepare internal audit report for every engagement.
• Assess risks and provide value adding recommendation.
• Monitor and follow-up outstanding audit finding until close-out.
• Participate in the preparation of annual risk-based audit plan.
• Perform other audit assignment that may be assigned by the audit manager.

III. EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Internal Audit, Accountancy or any related course.
• With at least 1year internal audit experience.
• Professional certification or in the process of acquiring professional license such as
• Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant
• Knowledgeable in Internal Auditing standards
• Familiar with ISO 9001: 2015
