Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 8 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C processes
  • Has experience managing multi-functional teams or departments.


Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Define long-term plans, develop operational rules and corporate policies, and set goals.
  • Plans for service offerings, operations, procedures, business controls, costs, resources, training, customer satisfaction, and other business goals are created and approved by them.
  • Offer other managers and business experts professional advice and direction.
  • In charge of giving high-level guidance to department personnel and various managers, and they bear overall accountability for the outcomes of several departments within their purview.
  • In charge of providing highly visible services that have a major impact on achieving cost, expense, and other company goals in addition to customer happiness.


Work Arrangement:

  • Work on site


Compensation:

  • Php400,000 Php450,000 (negotiable, depending on the candidates experience, technical expertise, and interview results)
