Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C processes
• Has experience managing multi-functional teams or departments.

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

• Main contact for clients, keep communication clear, meet service targets, and quickly fix issues to keep clients satisfied.
• Lead and support managers and teams, plan resources, and build a positive, high-performance team culture.
• Understand client contracts and priorities, handle forecasting and capacity planning, and improve tools and processes.
• Solve complex delivery problems, use data to make decisions, and drive efficiency, automation, and better customer experience.
• Guide finance processe, lead special projects or transitions, and influence stakeholders to meet strategic goals.

Compensation:

• Php150,000 Php200,000 (negotiable, depending on the candidates experience, technical expertise, and interview results)
