- Forecast manpower needs for existing and upcoming branches
- Build hiring pipelines 60 days before store openings
- Reduce emergency hiring
- Manage agency relationships
- Standardize contracts and documentation
- Standardize onboarding checklists
- Align with Training Head on barista evaluation systems
- Ensure probation reviews are documented and enforced
- Track employee progression and readiness for promotion
- Implement structured disciplinary ladder
- Track attendance and violations
- Ensure memo issuance within 48 hours of incident
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Maintain complete HRIS database
- Build internal promotion pipeline
- Create supervisor evaluation frameworks
- Identify underperforming managers early
- Support succession planning for each branch
- Ensure SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG compliance
- Protect company against DOLE exposure
- Standardize leave tracking and documentation
- Oversee payroll coordination with Accounting
- 5+ years HR experience (F&B or retail multi-branch preferred)
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws
- Experience building HR systems from scratch
- Proven record handling disciplinary cases
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Comfortable enforcing standards and having difficult conversations
