Junior Credit Advisor, Quezon City

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls

Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties

Collect overdue debts via phone suggest solutions to not paying clients and make arrangements about payments

Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information

Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department 

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

Excellent Communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)

Must have basic computer skills

Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive

Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City

At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
