Jewelry Designer, Quezon City

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior 3D Artist / Jewelry CAD Designer who is eager to grow in fine jewelry design as both a technical craft and storytelling art form.

This role is ideal for a technically curious, highly teachable creative who wants to build long-term expertise in jewelry modeling, construction, and production. You will support the design team by transforming sketches and creative briefs into clean, production-ready 3D jewelry models.

• Create basic to intermediate 3D jewelry models from sketches, references, and design briefs.
• Refine models for proper proportion, wearability, balance, and manufacturability.
• Prepare clean, organized 3D files ready for prototyping, casting, and finishing.
• Execute revisions efficiently based on feedback from senior designers.

• Actively study jewelry construction, materials, stone settings, and production logic.
• Analyze existing jewelry designs to understand symbolism, storytelling, and structure.
• Participate in weekly design critiques and creative discussions.
• Continuously improve technical and artistic skills.

• Maintain organized file systems, naming conventions, and version control.
• Track assigned tasks and deadlines independently in a hybrid setup.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and creative direction teams.

• Basic knowledge of 3D software (e.g., CAD programs, ZBrush, KeyShot, or similar).
• Fundamental understanding of 3D modeling principles (form, scale, proportion, topology).
• Ability to interpret sketches and translate them into 3D models.
• Strong willingness to learn jewelry-specific production techniques.
